Q: How do I contact the Oshibori Company?
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Creating the order = 1-3 days plus the time it takes to ship, which depends on the shipping method selected. For example, UPS ground is typically 3-7 days.
Q: Do you do Private Label programs (can I have my logo on the packaging)?
A: Please email us directly at: sales@theoshiboricompany.com., and we'll be happy to provide a quote. Please note, the typical private label minimum order quantity is 50k units.
Q: What is your Return Policy:
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from order receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us and we'll always work with you to make it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@theoshiboricompany.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You should consider using a shipping service with tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
